Andrew "Andy" Diggle was a bodyguard and the brother of John Diggle.
Biography
While working as a bodyguard, Andy was shot by Deadshot with poison-laced bullets. Like many of the assassin's deceased targets, his name was tattooed to Deadshot's chest. The police never managed to find Andy's killer, but Oliver Queen eventually did so and brought him down.
