Sarah Lance (1987—2007)[1] is the sister of Laurel Lance, and the daughter of Detective Quentin Lance. She supposedly died aboard the Queen's Gambit when the ship went down, a fact which her father never forgave Oliver for. But in "Dead to Rights" Laurel's mother came to her apartment telling her that she "may be alive." However, in Salvation, it is revealed that Sara is indeed dead after a lead that her mother was following up on fell through.
